US: FDA to approve Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for teens by next week

According to reports, the US Food and Drug Administration is expected to authorize Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine for young adults age 12 and older by next week. The announcement is set to come a month after the company founded the vaccine is already authorized for those age 16 and older, also provided protection for the younger group.
