US CIA Chief William Burns meets Israel, Egypt and Qatar officials in Paris for Gaza talks
US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Chief William Burns as well as top Egyptian, Qatari and Israeli officials met in Paris today to discuss a ceasefire in Gaza. French authorities were also in touch with the four countries with the aim of negotiating a halt to hostilities between Israel and the Palestinian militant group Hamas.
