Typhoon Danas, the fourth typhoon of the year, has made its third landfall, this time striking the coastal area of Rui’an city in Zhejiang province. Local authorities confirmed the storm came ashore at approximately 11:45 PM, bringing powerful winds reaching speeds of up to 20 meters per second
