A Syrian juvenile has been charged with sporting a foreign terror organization to plan a foiled attack against a Taylor Swift concert in Vienna last year. The prosecutor general said that the suspect, identified as Muhammad A, had helped the attacker by translating Arabic bomb building instructions.
