Sri Lankan Supreme Court says bill on decriminalising homosexuality is not unconstitutional
The Supreme Court of Sri Lanka has ruled that a bill seeking to decriminalise homosexuality is "not inconsistent with the Constitution", clearing the way for a Parliamentary debate and vote on the subject. Neither Government nor Opposition have commented on the bill.
