Sri Lanka has deployed Air Force drones to combat its worst dengue outbreak in nearly a decade. With over 77,000 reported infections and 56 deaths this year, the government has stepped up surveillance efforts, including a military-led monitoring unit, to identify mosquito breeding hotspots and contain the spread of the disease.
