Spanish election's nail-biting finish makes hung parliament

Election results pointed towards a hung Parliament. The popular party secured 136 seats, while the left-wing socialist party led by Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez won 122. But despite this, celebrations were witnessed among the supporters of the two parties. But while both parties are celebrating - the reality is that both parties are far away from the threshold needed to form the government.
