Russia: Ukrainian shelling on building in Donetsk; no fatalities reported
Now Ukrainian forces have attacked an administrative building in Donetsk. The building and the cars nearby have been severely damaged with no fatalities reported. "At around 7:40 PM projectiles landed near the administrative building on the territory of Donetsk," said a spokesperson of the Russian Investigative Committee.
