Ukraine has targeted a Russian "shadow fleet" oil tanker, the Qendil, in the Mediterranean Sea using aerial drones for the first time. The vessel, empty at the time and located in neutral waters over 2,000 km from Ukraine, sustained critical damage, according to an official from the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).
