A historic moment unfolded in Uttar Pradesh as Noida International Airport welcomed its first commercial flight from Lucknow, marking the start of regular operations. Union Aviation Minister flagged off the inaugural services while farmers who gave up their land for the mega project were honoured with a special flight experience. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also met several farmers, highlighting their contribution to one of India's most ambitious aviation projects. The airport is expected to handle 12 million passengers annually in its first phase.
