Narayan Prasad Saud, the head of the Nepali Congress, was sworn in as Nepal's new foreign minister on Sunday. At the Rashtrapati Bhavan in this city, President Ram Chandra Poudel swore the newly appointed foreign minister to office and to secrecy.
