The fight to save Marilyn Monroe's historic Brentwood home has concluded. The former home of the late actor no longer faces the threat of demolition all thanks to the Los Angeles Cultural Heritage Commission. This commission recently declared it a historic cultural monument however the status is a temporary one and this move was made to protect the house from being destroyed.
