Manipur unrest: Government bans mobile internet services in 5 districts

A day after students defied curfew orders clashing with police in the capital Imphal, while the curfew continues to be in place the government has deployed two CRPF battalions to the region and has suspended internet services in five districts. The latest measure has come amid a resurgence in violence between the two ethnic groups. Apart from deployment of additional Security Forces, police personnel are conducting frequent patrolling to avoid any untoward incidents. Watch in for more details!
