Manipur Crisis: Main opposition alliance to assess 'ground situation'

Manipur continues to be in a precarious situation. An opposition party delegation from India is in the state to assess the situation. Members of parliament representing the country's main opposition will travel to the state for two days to visit the alliance, which goes by the acronym I.N.D.I.A., as the ethnic violence shows no signs of abating.
