US President Joe Biden apologised to a reporter for losing his cool at a press meet held after his first summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Geneva. Biden, when asked why he was confident about Putin’s change in behaviour, appeared a little irritated with the question and ended up responding in an agitated manner.
