Japan: Heavy snowfall kills 13, injures 80; train and airplane services disrupted in northern Japan

The recent heavy snow has killed 13 people in Japan, 80 more people were left injured as the heavy snowfall left 10,000 households without power. Earlier this week, the blizzard killed at least eight people.
