Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is heading to Washington, D.C. amid a public dispute with New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, who previously said Netanyahu should be arrested under an International Criminal Court (ICC) warrant. Netanyahu has brushed aside the remarks, reaffirmed plans to visit New York for the UN General Assembly in September, and accused Mamdani of deepening political divisions.
