Israel has carried out new airstrikes across Lebanon, including an attack on an apartment building in central Beirut, escalating tensions in the region. The strikes come amid the growing conflict between Israel and Hezbollah, with fighting spreading across southern and eastern Lebanon.
According to reports, hundreds have been killed and hundreds of thousands displaced as Israeli forces target Hezbollah infrastructure across the country. The escalation began after Hezbollah fired rockets into Israel, pushing the region closer to a wider Middle East conflict.
