Two-time Olympic champion Caster Semenya has secured a partial victory at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). The court ruled that the South African runner was denied a fair hearing by the Swiss Federal Supreme Court in her legal challenge against World Athletics’ sex eligibility regulations.
