Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has issued a stark warning to U.S. President Donald Trump, saying any attack on Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei would trigger an “all-out war.” The warning comes as an Iranian official confirms the protest death toll has crossed 5,000 amid nationwide unrest.
