Iran Floats Nuclear Deal With US, Arab States

Iran has proposed a joint nuclear-enrichment venture involving regional Arab countries and American investment as a novel alternative to dismantling its nuclear program. The proposal was reportedly made during talks in Oman with U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff.
