Indian govt to Delhi High Court: Twitter fails to comply with IT rules

The Indian government has told Delhi High Court that Twitter has failed to comply with the country's new IT rules. The center in an affidavit filed said that any non-compliance amounts to a breach of provisions to IT rules leading to Twitter losing its immunity confirmed under the IT act.
