India: 8 missing after cloudburst in Uttarkashi, rescue teams deployed to trace missing

Nine workers are reportedly missing after a cloudburst in Uttarakhand's Uttarkashi. According to officials, the workers were staying at an under-construction hotel site that was damaged due to the cloudburst. Nineteen laborers were residing at the construction site. Rescue teams from the National and State Disaster Response Forces, as well as police, have been sent to the area. Search and rescue operations are underway.
