Hong Kong likely to remove pre-flight PCR test mandate, changes could come before late October

Now most countries around the world have eased Covid restrictions. Amid this, Hong Kong looks to scrap hotel quarantine as well. They're also likely to get rid of pre-flight Covid PCR test for travelers. As per reports, implementing these measures would be Hong Kong's biggest move to end global isolation.
