Seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton said that Formula One is “duty bound” to raise awareness of human rights issues as the series closes its season in the Middle East. Qatar is holding its maiden Formula 1 race this weekend and, from 2023, has a 10-year contract that is said to be the most lucrative in F1.
