Several US universities shut down Chinese institutes on their campuses - because they were seen as a way for Beijing to spread propaganda and interfere with free speech on campuses. India has launched also placed Chinese institutes under review. WION's Palki Sharma tells you more about these institutes - that are increasingly being seen as government-funded outposts by leading nations.
