As India launches Chandrayaan-3, there has been an extreme flood alert in the national capital Delhi. Last night, the river Yamuna reached an all-time high of 208.6 metres. Water has now started to recede, but several key areas of Delhi remain flooded. Why is this happening? Molly Gambhir tells you more.
