Germany's Olaf Scholz defends refusal to send Ukraine Taurus missiles

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz defended his refusal to send Taurus long-range cruise missiles to Ukraine. Germany has become the second-biggest supplier of military aid to Ukraine after the United States.
