At least 20 Palestinians have been killed in a stampede at an aid distribution site in southern Gaza. Thousands scrambled for food in scenes of desperation, with survivors calling the aid a trap. The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation confirmed the deaths but blamed agitators in the crowd, while Hamas called it a deliberate massacre.
