The United States is considering easing restrictions on NVIDIA’s AI chip exports to the united Arab emirates. President Donald Trump may announce the start of bilateral talks on a potential chip deal during his gulf trip from may 13 to 16 —a visit that coincides with the may 15 enforcement of the AI diffusion rule.
