Disturbing video emerges from Manipur, Indian Supreme Court takes notice

A disturbing video has emerged from the Indian state of Manipur showing two women being paraded on a road by a group of men. The incident has drawn wide-scale condemnation and calls for action against the perpetrators. WION has consciously decided against playing the video due to the sensitivity involved.
