Cyclone Biparjoy to bring thunderstorms and severe winds

As Cyclone Biparjoy intensified into an extremely severe cyclonic storm, the western Indian states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, and other coastal regions are now on high alert. The cyclone is forecast to pass between 200 and 300 kilometers off the coast of Gujarat early today, bringing thunderstorms and extremely strong winds for the next few days.
