All is not well with the Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter, just days after losing his brother Aaron Carter, Nick has now been accused of raping an underage autistic fan with cerebral palsy. Shannon Ruth filed a lawsuit in Nevada claiming that Carter had picked her out of a line of fans seeking autograph in Washington and then invited her to join him on his tour bus during their concert in 2001.
