Woman sleeping in flight's overhead bin
A viral video circulating on social media shows a woman sleepingin the overhead compartment of a plane, designated for luggage storage. The incident occurred on a Southwest Airlines flight, as reported by the New York Post.
Originally shared on TikTok, the video garnered over five million views before spreading to other platforms. While some passengers were confusedby the sight, the individuals who recorded the video can be heard laughing uproariously at the unusual scene.
The footage shows the woman comfortably reclining in the overhead compartment, appearing as though she is lying in a bed. There is uncertainty surrounding whether the woman was a member of the flight crew or a passenger. Additionally, people questioned how she managed to access the overhead storage space.

"When someone's in my seat but I don't wanna bother," commented another. "Southwest does allow you to choose your own seat," a third user joked.
The airline hasn't said anything about the video yet.
This isn't the first time something like this has happened. In 2023, a person was found sleeping in the overhead storage on a Ryanair flight to Ibiza. He was filmed laughing when he climbed out of it.
And in 2019, a Southwest Airlines flight attendant climbed into the overhead bin of a plane at an airport in Tennessee.

A woman had an unusual outburst on a Spirit Airlines flight as police attempted to escort her off the plane. A video capturing the incident gained widespread attention on social media. TMZ reported that the incident occurred on March 23, seemingly as the plane was preparing to depart from Las Vegas.

It remained uncertain why the woman suddenly started behaving in an agitated manner. In the video, police couldbe seenplacing one handcuff on the unidentified woman while she voices her objections. "All I care about is freedom," she shouts.
