Rust shooting case: Alec Baldwin won’t keep mum about the shooting case that changed his life. The case might have gotten dismissed in July but Alec recently said during an interview with David Duchovny on his Fail Better podcast on December 16 that he will soon “expose” the truth behind the Rust shooting episode.

Alec said that there is “more to come” when asked about the fatal shooting that took place on October 21, 2021, on the set of the indie western Rust. He added, "the truth of what happened has never been told.”

Alec Baldwin to "expose" the truth

Alec Baldwin said, “I think there’s more to come. There’s more to come, but the more to come is now my effort, and it’s going to be undeniably a successful effort, to raise and to expose what really happened. I was counterpunching. I was on the defensive. I was being accused. I was being indicted.”

Rapper Kendrick Lamar recently opened up about his mental health and daily morning practices in a conversation with former labelmate SZA. The intimate and candid discussion, published by Harper's Bazaar, offered fans a rare look at Lamar’s spiritual journey.

When SZA asked Lamar about his mental health and spiritual practices, the 37-year-old artist shared that he frequently talks to God. “I literally talk to God,” he said. “It’s to a point where I’ll be starting to think I’m going crazy. But then he has to remind me, ‘No, this is really me.’”

Another essential part of Lamar’s routine is running, which he says connects him spiritually and mentally. “When I started running, that’s where I started to understand. There was this threshold of pain, in the spirituality for me. I remember my shins was aching and I was like, I got one mile to go. Then I get whispers and downloads and start talking about s--- that I want to know about. And next thing I’m three miles in, four miles in. I wake up and do that s--- every day,” Lamar continued.

Lamar also reflected on his identity as an artist and the challenge of separating himself from his performances. “I’ve learned that I can’t identify with my performances on stage. I can’t hold my true whole identity to that person who’s onstage. Because if I did, that means I will judge every movement every time I f--- up a lyric, every time I’m off-key,” Lamar said.

He continued, “It’s too much to deal with. So, I have to have a distance between the performer and the person I close my eyes and look at the ceiling with. I had to develop that tough skin at like 16, 17 years old, not knowing it was not only for my career but for myself. It’s mentally ill for sure.”

As he prepares for his upcoming performance at the 2025 Super Bowl Halftime Show, Lamar also discussed the meaning behind his diss track, “Not Like Us,” directed at fellow rapper Drake. He described the song as a statement of his values. “This man has morals, he has values, he believes in something, he stands on something,” Lamar explained. “He’s not pandering.”

In a new documentary titled Chris Brown: A History of Violence, several women have accused the R&B singer of abuse and sexual assault. A woman, identified only as Jane Doe, claims Brown raped her in 2020.

Doe claims in the documentary that she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a dance career and later travelled to Miami with a friend in December 2020. She recalls being invited to Sean "Diddy" Combs' yacht on December 30, where she met Brown.

At the time, she believed meeting him might help her career but events quickly took a darker turn. According to Doe, Brown allegedly offered her drinks and she began feeling drowsy and unable to move. She alleges that Brown then took her to a bedroom and raped her.

“We had talked, and he had handed me a drink. I'm not even sure... this is when my memory starts getting a little bit weird," she claims. "I don't remember if I saw him pour it, but I just drank it and he just hands me another drink. As I'm standing there, I did start to feel tired and my body was feeling a little heavy."

"I remember I did lay back and I'm like, 'Why can't I get up?' Next thing I know he was on top of me and I couldn’t move and I said 'No' and then I felt him… next thing I knew he was inside me," Doe, in tears, alleges, claiming that he ejaculated inside her. "I was so disgusted."

After the alleged incident, Doe says she kept in contact with Brown, hoping to make sense of what happened. Eventually, therapy helped her recognise the experience as sexual assault. Doe initially pursued legal action but her case was dismissed in 2022 due to "lack of prosecution" after police found text exchanges between her and Brown.

Another woman, Liziane Gutierrez, shares an alleged encounter with Brown in 2016 in Las Vegas. Gutierrez claims Brown punched her in the face after she attempted to take a picture of him. Brown’s security allegedly seized her phone and escorted her from the party. Although she acknowledges taking a photo without permission wasn’t ideal, she says, "That doesn’t give you the right to punch me in the face." Gutierrez later sued Brown and the case was settled privately in 2017.
Chris Brown: A History of Violence also examines Brown's troubled past, including well-known incidents with his ex-girlfriends Rihanna and Karrueche Tran. In 2009, he was charged with assaulting Rihanna and later sentenced to probation and community service. In 2017, Tran was granted a restraining order against him.

Christina Aguilera recently revealed a long-term struggle with leg and knee problems, caused by years of performing in high heels. In an interview with Rolling Stone published on October 21, the five-time Grammy winner, 43, shared candid advice for younger artists, including a major regret from her own career.

While speaking with English singer-songwriter Raye, Aguilera praised Raye for performing barefoot, admitting that she wished she had done the same. “I’ve already messed up my legs and my feet so bad with all this high-heel nonsense,” Aguilera confessed. “I f**ked up the cartilage in my knee.”

She went on to explain how wearing high heels for years while performing took a physical toll. The constant strain on her feet and knees left Aguilera with long-lasting damage. “I never had the balls to just do it [perform barefoot],” she said. "I love that about you, though. I never had the balls to just do it. Those are the best when you just feel the floor underneath.”

Talking about her "toughest vocal performance", the singer added, "It was 'A Song for You' with Herbie Hancock because the arrangement was so intricate, so delicate and full of ad-libs. It was a lot to try and perfect that life."

“I sang “Run to You” for Whitney Houston in front of her. That was nerve-wracking, but she couldn’t have been more sweet and lovely,” Aguilera added.

When asked if she ever felt out of control, she added, "When I came into this business, there was a really big pop boom, and it was very specific what a label wanted a pop star to look like, to sound like. I wanted it so bad."

She later added, “I felt like my voice was stifled. You’re going to have situations where you have no creative control or you’re in a position where your hands are tied. It’s just no place for an artist. When my hands feel too bound and I feel like there’s no breathing room, that’s when I start to suffer.”

Liam Payne’s ex-girlfriend Danielle Peazer shared a heartfelt message on Instagram, revealing the last text she received from the late singer before his tragic death. Payne, 31, tragically died after falling from a balcony in Buenos Aires on October 16. Peazer reflected on their time together and shared a sweet message from Payne, where he expressed happiness for the love she had found with her partner Sonny Jay and their daughter Mia. She wrote, “Receiving a message from you a couple of weeks ago expressing your happiness for the love I found with Sonny and Mia is something I'll cherish forever.” "His most important role and something he was the most proud of out of all of his monumental successes was that he was a father," she added. "The thought that there is a now a child growing up without one of their parents is heartbreaking and unfair," she continued. "To Liam's son Bear, as well as his parents and sisters, my love, thoughts and strength goes to you. The magnitude of this loss is incomprehensible and I will continue to support you in any way I am able to." Payne and Peazer first met in 2010 on The X Factor, where she worked as a backup dancer while Payne competed as part of One Direction. The pair dated for over two years and remained close even after their romantic relationship ended.
