South Africa captain Temba Bavuma will miss the two warm-up matches as he heads home for personal reasons. In his absence, Aiden Markram will lead the team in the practice games. Bavuma will, however, return ahead of South Africa's first CWC game against Sri Lanka on Tuesday, October 8, in New Delhi.

The Proteas are already without their star seamer, Anrich Nortje, who missed out on the selection due to a suspected stress fracture in the back. Alongside him, Sisanda Magala also got ruled out because of his injured left knee.

CWC 2023: South Africa captain Temba Bavuma to miss warm-up matches, Aiden Markram to lead in his absence

South Africa has beaten Australia by 122 runs in the final ODI in Johannesburg to win the five-match series 3-2. Trailing 0-2 after the second game, the hosts upped the ante and delivered in each of the remaining games to emerge on top. Aiden Markram starred with the bat, hitting 93 off 87 balls, but all-rounder Marco Jansen hogged the limelight with this superstar outing with both bat and ball, scoring 47 off 23 balls and picking five for 39.

In Quinton de Kock’s final home ODI, Australia won the toss and asked the Proteas to bat first. Captain Temba Bavuma departed on zero, while de Kock got out next on 27 off 39 balls, hitting four fours. Van der Dussen and Markram steadied South Africa’s innings but couldn’t accelerate as Sean Abbott broke the partnership. Last game’s hero Heinrich Klaasen fell early on six, leaving South Africa reeling at 103 for four at one stage.

David Miller, who scored an unbeaten 82 in Centurion, completed another fifty (63), adding 109 with Markram for the fifth wicket. The man-in-form Markram missed out on his second hundred of the series, getting out on a well-made 93.

Following Miller’s wicket, the late onslaught by Jansen and Andile Phehlukwayo, who hit 19-ball 39, propelled South Africa to a challenging total of 315 for nine.

For the Aussies, Abbott picked two wickets, while Adam Zampa, who conceded 113 runs in ten overs in the previous ODI, picked three wickets but leaked 71 runs this time.

In Travis Head’s absence (out with a fractured hand), Captain Mitchell Marsh opened alongside David Warner. Jansen removed Warner and Josh Inglis in the fourth over to dent Australia’s momentum. A handy 90-run stand between Marsh (71) and Marnus Labuschagne (44) kept Oz in the game, but Jansen’s dual strike around the 20th over ended their innings. He then removed Australia’s in-form Alex Carey for just two, caught excellently by de Kock.

With five down, Australia’s chances of going for the win and taking the series home looked bleak. Keshav Maharaj then emerged on the scene, removing Tim David and Cameron Green, alongside tearing into the tail. He returned with four wickets for 33 runs in nine overs as South Africa wrapped up the Australian innings on 193.

With this, they beat them by 122 runs and won the five-match series 3-2.

The Oz, however, whitewashed South Africa in the three-match T20Is before this.

5th ODI: Marco Jansen, Markram star for hosts as South Africa beat Australia by 122 runs, clinch series

South Africa's spin bowlers backed up a century by Aiden Markram as the hosts ended Australia's winning streak with a 111-run victory in the third one-day international at the JB Marks Oval in Potchefstroom on Tuesday.

Markram hit 102 not out in a South African total of 338 for six.

South Africa survived a furious assault by David Warner and Travis Head before bowling out Australia for 227.

Australia won the first two games in the five-match series after sweeping a Twenty20 series 3-0.

The tourists looked on track for another win when Warner and Head thrashed 79 for the first wicket off only 48 balls.

Australia were 104 for one at the end of the 10-over power play, the second time in a row they reached three figures while fielding restrictions were in place.

But left-arm spinners Tabraiz Shamsi (two for 29) and Keshav Maharaj (two for 37) changed the course of the match on a spin-friendly pitch before fast bowler Gerald Coetzee (four for 50) finished off the Australian innings.

Maharaj also made a key intervention in the field with a direct-hit run-out of Warner, who made 78 off 56 balls before slipping and losing his shoe as he set off for a single.

"We needed a positive one," said South African captain Temba Bavuma.

"The batters knuckled down and we were banking on the wicket assisting the spin bowlers and it's exactly what it did.

"The power play didn't go as well as we wanted but the way we clawed it back was exactly what we're looking for."

Australian captain Mitchell Marsh said the loss was "a little slip-up" in conditions which are likely to be replicated during the World Cup in India next month.

"Hopefully we learnt a lot from it," he said.

Quinton de Kock (82) and captain Temba Bavuma (57) gave South Africa an ideal start with an opening stand of 146 in 22.5 overs.

But Australia were able to slow down the scoring, with part-time off-spinner Travis Head making good use of a slow, dry pitch to bowl unchanged and take two for 39 in 10 overs.

Markram and Marco Jansen gave the innings late impetus with a sixth-wicket partnership of 63 off 31 balls which was ended by a sensational diving left-handed catch by Sean Abbott on the cover boundary off Nathan Ellis.

SA vs AUS 3rd ODI: Aiden Markram, spinners keep South Africa's series hopes alive after 111-run win

Left-handed opener Travis Head smashed a career-best 91 from 48 balls to lead Australia to a five-wicket win and a clean sweep of their three-match Twenty20 International series against hosts South Africa in Durban on Sunday.

Australia dominated all three games against a depleted home side on the small Kingsmead ground, and were the better side with bat, ball and in the field, where South Africa were sloppy.

The hosts elected to bat first and posted 190 for eight in their 20 overs, their highest score of the series but not enough as Australia easily chased down the target with 13 balls remaining.

The teams start a five-match One-Day International series on Thursday in Bloemfontein, which will serve as preparation for the Cricket World Cup in India that gets underway on Oct. 5.

"We had a great team effort this tour, we prepared well and took the game on," new Australia T20 captain Mitch Marsh said at the post-match presentation. "We are building towards next year’s (T20) World Cup and I am really pleased with the players who have come into the team and stepped up."

Debutant middle-order batter - Donovan Ferreira, who top-scored for South Africa with 48 from 21 balls, before he was run out trying to pinch the strike in the final over.

Others to get starts but not go on to big scores were opener Reeza Hendricks with 42 from 30 deliveries, and captain Aiden Markram, who crashed 41 from 23 balls.

Seamer Sean Abbott was the pick of the visiting bowlers with career-best figures of 4-31.

The home side had hope when they reduced Australia to 43 for two in the fifth over, but the visitors were able to keep up with the run-rate throughout and never looked troubled.

The excellent Head and Josh Inglis put on 85 in 42 balls for the third wicket, with the latter contributing 42 in 22 deliveries to take the game away from South Africa.

"We were slightly better today, still not where we want to be, but on an upward curve," Markram said. "The ODI series will be important for us ahead of the World Cup, to work on combinations and get our best team out on the park."

Markram pulls off Screamer

In the 12th over, Markram was up against Nitish Rana who looked in good form, as he along with Rinku Singh steadied the ship for the visitors having been 35/3 at one point. Having stitched a partnership of 61 runs, SRH were finding it tough to break the partnership. Up stepped skipper Markram as he tried his spin option to get the better of the opposition camp.

On the second ball of the 12th over, Rana lofted the ball high up in the air against the turn and the ball ended up in the mid-off position. Interestingly, with no mid-off in position, Markram ran behind from his bowling position and clutched the ball to pull off a blinder to dismiss Rana for 42.

In the second over, Marco Jansen took two wickets, dismissing Rahmanullah Gurbaz for a duck and KKR's key batter Venkatesh Iyer at 7 off 4 balls. KKR was reduced to 16/2 in two overs.

Kolkata lost their third wicket in the 5th over when Kartik Tyagi got the scalp of Jason Roy (20) after he got a top edge and Mayank Agarwal took a simple catch on a third man. KKR was 35/3 in 4.4 overs.

IPL 2023: Updated squads of all 10 teams and their captains

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will have another captaincy twist in their opening Indian Premier League (IPL) contest on Sunday, April 2 against Rajasthan Royals. Bhuvneshwar Kumar will be seen donning the captain’s armband for the opening clash against Rajasthan Royals with new permanent skipper Aiden Markram not available for the contest.

Why is Markram not available for IPL opener?

Currently, the newly appointed SRH skipper is on international duty with South Africa and will arrive in India on Monday, April 3. South Africa are currently engaged in a two-match ODI series and will have to win the series to secure an automatic spot in the ODI World Cup later in the year. South Africa need to win the series 2-0 while also hoping for Bangladesh to make them a favour.

If Ireland lose one of their matches against Bangladesh in May and South Africa win the series against the Dutch they will book their place in the ODI World Cup and will not need to play in the match.

Markram had a productive IPL 2022 and scored 381 runs with a strike rate near 140 while he was also part of the Sunrisers Eastern Cape side that won the inaugural season of the SA20. Markram amassed 366 runs at a strike rate of 127.97 while also scalping 11 wickets.

The 28-year-old Protea is not new to the leadership role having led the Sunrisers Eastern Cape to the inaugural SA20 title earlier this month. He played a crucial role in the side's SA20 triumph, ending the season as the third-highest run-scorer.

Sunrisers had to decide on the leadership role after releasing New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson prior to the IPL mini-auction in December last year. The batter struggled for form in the 2022 IPL and scored 216 runs in his 13 innings.

Aiden Markram appointed new T20I captain as CSA announce T20I, ODI squads for Windies series

The former one-time winners SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) have appointed South Africa’s Aiden Markram as the new skipper ahead of the start of IPL 2023. Having led SRH’s sister franchise, SunRisers Eastern Cape to its maiden title in the recently-concluded SA20, Markram was always leading the race to be named as the new captain. The middle-order batter replaced Kane Williamson who had led SunRisers Hyderabad in the past three seasons, and was let go ahead of the IPL 2023 auction last year. Defending champions Gujarat Titans picked Kane for INR 2 crores ($386,000).

On the other hand, Delhi Capitals have also announced David Warner as their new skipper. Warner will replace Rishabh Pant as the captain for at least this season after Pant got ruled out for nearly three to six months following the road accident he suffered in December last year. As reported by Cricbuzz, a member of the ownership group of Delhi Capitals has further informed that Axar Patel is chosen as Warner’s deputy.

Considering Pant’s current situation, Axar was initially circled as the new captain; however, with Ricky Ponting at the helm, the management had decided to put their trust behind an experienced customer in David Warner – who in addition to leading his former franchise SRH for four and a half years in the past, had helped them win its maiden IPL title six years back in 2016.

Meanwhile, after consulting SRH's head coach Brian Lara, the team management decided to name Markram as the new captain. Even before taking over the reins from Williamson, Markram had expressed his desire to lead the SRH franchise in IPL 2023 during SA20.

"I am open to taking up the SRH leadership if it comes my way but I will not mind if it does not. I am prepared but it is up to the management," Markram told Cricbuzz in Johannesburg during SA20.

While SunRisers Hyderabad is placed in group B alongside CSK, Punjab Kings, RCB, and GT, Delhi Capitals is placed in group A with MI, RR, KKR, and LSG. Delhi will face Lucknow in their first match on April 1st, and SunRisers Hyderabad will take on Rajasthan Royals in their IPL 2023 opener.

IPL: SunRisers Hyderabad appoint Aiden Markram as new captain, David Warner named Delhi Capitals skipper

Fresh from an incredible hundred for Sunrisers Eastern Cape against JoBurg Super Kings in the semis of the ongoing SA20, South Africa’s Aiden Markram has expressed his desire to lead his new IPL franchise SunRisers Hyderabad in the upcoming season. Markram, who in the past had led Punjab Kings, knows a bit or two about leading teams in the cash-rich league where the competition is over the roof. Speaking after his heroic knock, when asked if he’d be okay in wearing the captain’s hat, Markram said he would take the leadership role – something that he now enjoys.

Having led Sunrisers Eastern Cape to the finals of the inaugural edition in SA20, Markram is high on confidence and has his sight set on taking over the leadership role, if asked or offered, in SunRisers Hyderabad. At the IPL auction, SRH had spent INR 2.6 crores to bag Aiden’s service, and they will be keen on bringing the most out of him in this upcoming season that is slated to begin in March end.

"What’s going to happen, to be honest… either way we back the management's decision about who they want to be in charge," Markram said when asked about what he thinks of leading his franchise in IPL.

Gearing up for the all-important final against Pretoria Capitals in SA20 now scheduled to take place on Sunday, February 12th, Markram said becoming the captain is not everything – adding that every player can be a leader in some way or other.

"Becoming the captain is not the be all and end all. You can be in some form of leadership role too. But I am okay with captaincy, it's something that I enjoy doing," he said ahead of the SA20 final against Pretoria Capitals. I have been captaining for a while before this tournament started. It's been a nice experience, a fresh start, I would say," the 28-year-old added.

Meanwhile, other than him, other contenders to lead SRH are Mayank Agarwal and out-of-favour India seamer Bhuvneshwar Kumar.

SunRisers Hyderabad's recruit Aiden Markram expresses desire to lead IPL franchise in upcoming season

India lost to South Africa by five wickets in their third Super 12 clash at the Men's T20 World Cup on Sunday (October 30) at the Perth Stadium, Perth. Batting first, India managed only a paltry 133-9 riding on Suryakumar Yadav's 40-ball 68. In reply, SA were 40-3 in ten overs before fifties from Aiden Markram and David Miller lead their side to a win in 19.4 overs as they now occupy the top spot in their group. After the loss, many pointed fingers at Rohit Sharma for choosing R Ashwin to bowl the 18th over, with SA still in need of 25 off the final 18 balls. While Ashwin removed Tristan Stobbs, he conceded two sixes to bring down the equation in favour of the Proteas.

Many thought Hitman had irked with his tactics by not giving the ball to Md Shami or Bhuvneshwar Kumar in the 18th over (with both pacers left with an over each). At the post-match presentation, Rohit explained the thought process behind his move and said, "I've seen what happens with the spinners in the last over, so I wanted to go the other way. If I can finish Ash, I just wanted to make sure that the seamers are bowling the right overs. You have to use it at some point. With the new batter, it was the perfect time for him to bowl. Miller played some good shots as well."

During India's defence, Arshdeep Singh (2 for 25), Md Shami (1 for 13) and Hardik Pandya (1 for 29) were the most effective bowlers whereas Bhuvi also remained economical, raising questions with his swing. However, Ashwin went for plenty as Markram-Miller went after him to ease the pressure. The wily off-spinner ended with 4-0-43-1 but could've gotten the wicket of Markam, in the 12th over, had Virat Kohli held onto a simple catch at the deep.

After the defeat, India will now face Bangladesh (on November 02) and Zimbabwe (on November 06). They remain in contention for a spot in the semi-finals despite a defeat at the hands of a strong South African side.

South Africa international Aiden Markram was all praise for Sunrisers Hyderabad teammate Rahul Tripathi and back the 31-year-old to break into the Indian cricket team. Tripathi, who joined SRH for INR 85 million, is currently the top scorer for the franchise this season with 205 runs in six matches.

“I won't be surprised if he does end up in the squad. He's a really selfless person and does exactly what the team requires. Technically, he's incredibly good and he hits good cricket shots in the Powerplay and manages to score freely without taking many risks.”

He plays spin really well, he's got the lap shots and the sweep shots. He's been doing really well in the IPL for several seasons and we all know how much batting talent there is in India, but I will not be surprised if Rahul made it to the Indian squad,” Markram said in an interview with News9.

Tripathi has been a consistent performer for his side till now with an average over 50 and although he has scored just one fifty, he was instrumental in a number of their victories this year.

IPL 2022: Aiden Markram backs Sunrisers Hyderabad teammate to break into Indian cricket team

Young pace sensation Umran Malik's scorching final over proved to be the difference as Sunrisers Hyderabad slayed Punjab Kings by seven wickets for their fourth successive win in the Indian Premier League here on Sunday.

In top gear with Liam Livingstone's counter-attacking 60 off 30 balls (5x4, 4x6), PBKS lost five wickets in seven balls with Malik (4/28) producing a perfect final over -- a rare four-wicket maiden -- to skittle out the opposition for a below-par 151.

After Bhuvneshwar Kumar (3/22) provided the key breakthrough of Livingstone, the 22-year-old uncapped pacer picked three wickets while the fourth came via run-out to derail PBKS. In reply, Sunrisers Hyderabad did not have a perfect start and lost skipper Kane Williamson (3) early in the fourth over with Kagiso Rabada drawing the first blood.

Opener Abhishek Sharma (31 off 25 balls; 3x4, 1x6) and in-form Rahul Tripathi (34 from 22b; 4x4, 1x6) failed to convert their starts but the modest total meant that SRH did not have to worry much in the end.

Windies wicketkeeper-batter Nicholas Pooran (41 not out from 27b; 4X4, 1x6) and Aiden Markram (35 not out from 30b; 1x4, 1x6) then completed the formalities with an unbroken 75-run partnership from 50 balls.

Playing without their regular skipper Mayank Agarwal, who suffered a toe-injury during training, PBKS were also let down with their sloppy fielding as they missed a runout and conceded easy runs defending a small total.

Markram finished off the chase in the penultimate over hitting Vaibhav Arora for consecutive boundaries and six to seal the issue with seven balls to spare.

The win took SRH to eight points, moving up from the middle-table rush to climb to the fourth spot, while PBKS remained on seventh with six points from as many matches.

Earlier Livingstone, who was the most expensive overseas player in this season's IPL auction with a price tag of Rs 11.50-crore, resurrected the PBKS innings with a counter-attacking 60 off 30 balls (5x4, 4x6) -- his third fifty in four matches.

Reduced to 61/4 inside eight overs after being put in, Livingstone found a perfect ally in No 6 batter Shahrukh Khan (26 off 28 balls; 1x4, 2x6) as the duo stitched together 71 from 49 balls to revive them in the middle overs.

On a slow pitch where scoring was difficult early on, Livingstone did not have any trouble as he had shots all over the pitch. But the momentum shifted heavily in favour of SRH after Bhuvneshwar (3/22) provided the key breakthrough of Livingstone as PBKS lost five wickets in seven balls with Malik (4/28) producing a perfect final over.

Malik first had Odean Smith with a slower one before castling Rahul Chahar and Vaibhav Arora in successive deliveries. Punjab without their skipper and opener Mayank Agarwal had an anxious start and lost two wickets inside five overs including that of stand-in captain Shikhar Dhawan (8).

Punjab kept losing wickets and were soon reduced to 33/2 inside five overs when Livingstone came in to take charge of the proceedings. There were more to follow as Jonny Bairstow (12) and Jitesh Sharma (11) departed in successive overs but Livingstone and Shahrukh held on to turn it around in the middle overs.

Aiden Markram, bowlers help South Africa down Sri Lanka in T20 opener

Aiden Markram on Friday smashed an unbeaten ton as South Africa took the morning honours against a changed Australia.

The Proteas were 88 for one at lunch on the opening day of the fourth and final test.

Australia, reeling from their ball-tampering scandal and led by new captain Tim Paine, made four changes, including a debut for seamer Chadd Sayers.

Markram (53) and Hashim Amla (13) at lunch, will look to set up a sizeable total on a wicket that is already taking turn and showing widening cracks as they seek a first home series win over Australia in almost 50 years.

Dean Elgar (19) was the only success for the labouring touring side, and his mode of dismissal was a familiar one, the third time in the series he was caught off a leading edge from the bowling of Nathan Lyon.

The spinner had taken the first two catches himself, but this time the ball was snatched at mid-off by Sayers.

Steve Smith, his deputy David Warner and opener Cameron Bancroft were handed heavy bans and sent home for a ball-tampering plot in the third test in Cape Town.

The trio have been replaced in the side by Joe Burns, Matt Renshaw and Peter Handscombe, while Paine captains the side for the first time.

Fast bowler Mitchell Starc has a fracture in his leg and was replaced by Sayers.

South Africa, 2-1 up in the series, are unchanged with fast bowler Morne Morkel playing his final test match before he retires from international cricket.

4th Test: Aiden Markram's century dominates Australia

South Africa lost opener Dean Elgar before lunch but continued to drive home their advantage on the third day of the third Test against Australia on Saturday.

The hosts reached the interval on 65 for one in their second innings, a lead of 121.

After Elgar departed, Aiden Markram, 36, and Hashim Amla, 15, put on a patient partnership of 37 runs for the second wicket in gloomy conditions, and the pair will look to solidify South Africa's dominant position following the break.

Elgar, who carried his bat for an unbeaten 141 in the first innings, could not repeat that feat as he edged seamer Pat Cummins to Steve Smith at slip for 14.

Setting a target of anything over 250 will be a challenge for the Australians, though they did successfully chase down 331 at Newlands in 2002, but on a much more placid surface and with a more experienced top seven.

South Africa had earlier wrapped up Australia's first innings when Kagiso Rabada (4-91) had final man Josh Hazlewood (10) caught by Hashim Amla at first slip.

The four-match series is poised at 1-1, with the final Test to be played in Johannesburg starting on Friday.

India won the 6th ODI as well as the series against South Africa at SuperSport Park, Centurion on Friday.

Virat Kohli slammed 35th century to lead the team to a historic win on the South African soil.

For his splendid performance throughout the series captain, Kohli awarded Man of the series and also Man of the match for an amazing knock in the final ODI.

A quite brilliant unbeaten 129 from skipper Virat Kohli helped India cruise to an eight-wicket win.

But for South Africa captain Aiden Markram, leading his side for the first time in a series, it was a chastening experience - and he admitted that his players have plenty of learning to do ahead of the World Cup next year in England.

After losing the sixth and final ODI match he said in the post-match interview that the experience has been 'eye-opening' he further added, "The confidence of the side has definitely taken a knock, yes. It's never nice to lose 5-1 but we have learned lessons."

"A lot of those lessons have been taught to us by how the Indians have constructed their games."

"And then their bowlers, they control that middle period really well, they've got two quality spinners and they strike up front with the new ball," South African skipper said while praising Indian bowling side.

He amplified the performance of Indian skipper Virat Kohli and said, "Virat's desperation to win games for his side is massive and that's why he condones (conducts) himself like he does and it's all from a competitive point of view, it's nothing malicious.

'Virat's desperation to win games for his side is massive,' says Aiden Markram

Having suffered a huge setback due to regular skipper Faf du Plessis' injury, the Cricket South Africa today named 23-year-old batsman Aiden Markram as skipper for the remainder of the five-match ODI series against India.

Du Plessis fractured his right index finger during the first ODI in Durban that India won by six wicket despite his century.

Markram has only featured in two ODIs so far, making his debut against Bangladesh in October 2017. He has also played 6 Tests.

He led South Africa to Under-19 World Cup triumph in 2014 and has been widely regarded as a future captain. However, Du Plessis' unfortunate injury prompted selectors to fast-track Markram to the hot-seat.

"It wasn't a hard decision. Rather, it was an easy decision. If AB de Villiers was around, and other senior players as well, we would have probably looked at different options," said Linda Zondi, convenor and head of the Cricket South Africa selection panel.

"But at the moment, with both our former captains not around, it was an ideal opportunity for us that here is Markram, let?s see what he can offer. We are confident. He wants to do it as well. It just gives us an opportunity to open it up and see what he can offer," Zondi added.

"We are aware that Markram is new to our set-up. Part of our Vision 2019 plan is to build a pool of leaders within the set-up. I think Markram has always been in our plans since he was Under-19 captain, leading up to South Africa A, and now joining the Proteas," the convenor further added.

He admitted that Markram will be under a lot of pressure.

"It has been a journey. Yes there will be pressure in terms of understanding his role and also being able to perform as a player. For us, we want to see if he can handle pressure because part of leadership is to be able to adjust and perform under pressure. We hope he has the right skill and the right capability to do so," he added.

There has been no announcement on the captain for the ensuing three T20Is series though. Du Plessis is ruled out for that contest as well.

"At the moment, we don't want to make any commitment. I think our primary focus for now is this ODI series. We do have a captain in Faf. Markram is going to be stand-in captain for the remaining ODIs," Zondi concluded.

South Africa were 78 for no loss at lunch on the opening day of the second Test match against India at the Centurion at the SuperSport Park, Centurion on Saturday.

Openers Aiden Markram and Dean Elgar had put on a spirited show and are batting on 51 and 26 runs respectively.

"We are going to bat first again. It is usually very slow on day one and it takes to spin later on. The previous toss was touch and go but all the stats are in favour of the team batting first out here. The cracks could open up over the next few days and it could get difficult. It is still a big fight, two quality teams trying hard to win a Test match and we expect the same from India. There are a few things in the first Test we think we can improve upon. Lungi Ngidi is making his debut on his homeground. He's an exciting youngster and has a lot of pace and bounce. And that is the only change," the Proteas skipper said.

Meanwhile, Indian skipper Virat Kohli seems all prepared to give a tough challenge to the Proteas, especially after their loss in the first Test.

"It is a no brainer. We would've wanted to bat first as well. The pitch looks very different from what it looked a couple of days ago, all the grass has been taken off. It is more of a situation that's tricky out here, hopefully the bowlers will step up. Saha has a hammy niggle and we do not want to take a chance with him. KL Rahul comes in for Dhawan and Ishant comes in for Bhuvi to get some extra bounce," Kohli stated.
