<p>"The footage of the CCTV cameras of the hospital is being scrutinised by the police team. The police team will soon identify the accused and arrest him as per the rules in the case. The case is under investigation," the police added.</p>
<p>A case was registered at the Sadar Police Station. In her complaint, she stated that she had come to Gurugram for training on behalf of the company. During this time, her health deteriorated due to a drowning incident, after which she was admitted to a private hospital for treatment.&nbsp;</p>
<p>"On April 6, I was on a ventilator when some hospital staff sexually assaulted me," she said.</p>

<p>The National Herald was a newspaper founded by Jawaharlal Nehru along with other freedom fighters in 1938. It was published by Associated Journals Limited (AJL). In 2008, the paper closed down with a debt of over Rs 90 crore that it had allegedly taken from Congress. The AJL, brainchild of Jawaharlal Nehru, was started in 1937 with 5,000 other freedom fighters as its shareholders. In 2010, the company had 1,057 shareholders but incurred massive losses, and its holdings were transferred to&nbsp;<span> Young Indian Limited (YIL)</span> in 2011. Young India Ltd was set up in 2010 with Rahul Gandhi as a director and Sonia holding 76 per cent of the company's shares. The remaining 24% were held by Congress leaders Motilal Vora and Oscar Fernandes.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Tuesday stepped up his attack on the Centre making a strong pitch to give the State more autonomy in the decisions it takes. This comes in the wake of the run-ins that the DMK-led government has had with Governor RN Ravi over the clearance of various bills passed by the State assembly.</p>
<p>The Chief Minister moved a resolution in the Tamil Nadu Assembly to appoint a high-level committee that will recommend new State autonomy and retrieve the rights of the State. The committee will be headed by Retired Justice Kurian Joseph and include retired IAS Ashok Vardan Shetty and Mu Nagarajan.</p>
<p>The committee will research and submit an interim report to the State by the end of January 2026, and a full report will be submitted within two years. The committee will also give recommendations on strengthening the relationship between the State and the Union Government.</p>
<p>Addressing the Assembly today, Stalin said, "We have lost many students due to the NEET exam. We have continuously opposed the NEET exam. In the name of the triple language policy, the Union Government is trying to impose Hindi in Tamil Nadu. Since we have denied NEP, the Union Government has not released Rs 2500 crore to the State. In such a situation, education must be brought under the State list."</p>

The committee will research and submit an interim report to the State by the end of January 2026, and a full report will be submitted within two years. <p>In January 2018, the Punjab National Bank announced that it had detected a massive fraud of worth 13,850 crore ($138.5 billion) in one of its branches in Mumbai. The scam named celebrity jeweller Nirav Modi and his uncle Mehul Choksi, the managing director of Gitanjali Gems as prime accused.</p>
<p>Choksi and Nirav Modi siphoned off the money from PNB's Brady House branch. They bypassed the legal processes via inflated Foreign Letters of Credit (FLCs) and obtained fraudulent Letters of Undertaking (LoUs) from the bank.&nbsp;An LoU is a guarantee issued by Indian banks to help companies obtain short-term credit from overseas branches of Indian lenders. The transaction reportedly was not recorded as the duo allegedly bribed bank officials, including former Deputy General Manager Gokulnath Shetty. <p>Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta announced a zero-tolerance policy on arbitrary school fee hikes, warning that harassment of parents and students will not be tolerated.&nbsp;</p>
<p>During a public interaction, parents from Queen Mary School in Model Town complained about their children being expelled after objecting to unjustified fee increases.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The Chief Minister took swift action, directing officials to inform the school that its registration will be cancelled.</p>
<p>In a video shared by the Delhi CM, she said that the schools cannot increase the fee unfairly and threaten students.</p>
<p>"There are rules and regulations (for fee hikes) that must be followed. If any school is found indulging in all these, it will have to suffer. We will issue notices to all schools we have received complaints about," she told the media earlier.</p>

<p>He further alleged that the BJP was "destroying" the education system in Delhi too.</p>
