A US TV show called Ancient Land Bridge might beclaiming that the mythical land bridge -- the Ram Setu -- connecting India and Sri Lanka might have been man-made.
The show will be broadcast on the Discovery Communications-owned Science Channel in the United States.
The show tweeted their promo with the headline “Are the ancient Hindu myths of a land bridge connecting India and Sri Lanka true? Scientific analysis suggests they are.”
The Ram Setu, also known as Adam's bridge, is a chain of limestone shoals, between Pamban Island, also known as Rameswaram Island off the coast of Tamil Nadu, India, and Mannar Island, off Sri Lanka.
The show might be claiming the "bridge"is not a natural formation but a man-madebridge.

The promo has got more than 1.1 million views since it was shared by the Science Channel on social media.
India's Information and Broadcasting Minister Smriti Irani also tweeted about the show.
The first mention of the "bridge" was made in the Indian epic the Ramayana, which says the bridge was made by Hanuman and his monkey army under the guidance of the Indian god Ram.
According to the research by the American scientists quoted by the channel, the stones forming the "bridge" are nearly 7,000 years old whereas the sand on which they rest is only 4,000 years old.
The show's narrator explains that while the sand is natural, the stones may have been carried from elsewhere and dropped to form the "bridge".
