
Senior Congress leader and former Minister of State for Human Resource Development Shashi Tharoor targetted Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday asking why he has not addressed the unfortunate turn of events in Tamil Nadu's Tuticorin.
In a Twitter post, Tharoor alluded to Modi's reaction to the recent shooting in Orlando, United States and noted that the PM has not expressed anything on the anti-Sterlite protests in Tuticorin that claimed 13 lives.
Tharoor captioned the image #CompassionChallenge possibly alluding to PM Modi's acceptance to Virat Kohli's fitness challenge on Thursday.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday accepted cricketer Virat Kohli's fitness challenge stating that he will soon be sharing his fitness video.

Congress chief Rahul Gandhi on Thursday attacked PM Modi saying that he wants to challenge the Prime Minister to cut down the escalating fuel prices.
"Dear PM, Glad to see you accept the @imVkohli fitness challenge. Here’s one from me: Reduce Fuel prices or the Congress will do a nationwide agitation and force you to do so. I look forward to your response.#FuelChallenge," read Gandhi's tweet.
Virat Kohli, on Wednesday, accepted Union Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore's fitness challenge and exhibited his favourite core workout. He passed on the challenge to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, his wife and actress Anushka Sharma and former Indian cricket team's captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
