A sessions court in Gurugram has reserved its order on the bail plea of juvenile accused in the Pradyuman murder case.
The case will be next heard on January 8.

The bail plea was filed by accused's lawyer in December, which was denied by the Juvenile Justice Board as it ruled that the accused would be tried as an adult.

The board later transferred the case to the district and sessions court.
A class II student Pradyuman Thakur was found with his throat slit inside washroom of Ryan International School in Gurugram.
In an earlier investigation, the bus conductor was suspected of the murder and sexual misconduct, but later in CBI investigation, it was found that the murder was conducted by a class XI student who committed the crime in order to postpone parent-teacher meeting and exams.
