The Pinto family was granted anticipatory bail on November 21 by the Punjab and Haryana HC.
The plea was filed by Ryan Pinto and his parentsAugustine Pinto and Grace Pinto on September 19.
The bail was granted on a condition that they do not go out of the country and that they assist the investigation.
