The Pinto family was granted anticipatory bail on November 21 by the Punjab and Haryana HC.
The plea was filed by Ryan Pinto and his parents Augustine Pinto and Grace Pinto on September 19.
The bail was granted on a condition that they do not go out of the country and that they assist the investigation.
The high court bench has restricted them from leaving the country without permission.
Seven-year-old Pradyuman was found dead in the school toilet with his throat slit on September 8. Gurgaon Police had arrested school bus conductor Ashok Kumar on the day of the murder and accused him of committing the crime.
The case was finally handed over to the CBI on the insistence of Pradyuman's father.
CBI arrested a class 11 student who allegedly killed Pradyuman in order to get the exam and a parent-teacher meeting postponed.
