<p>A sessions&nbsp;court in Gurugram&nbsp;has reserved its order on the bail plea of juvenile accused in the Pradyuman murder case.</p>

<p>The case will be next heard on January 8.</p>

<p>The bail plea was filed by accused&#39;s lawyer in December, which was denied by the Juvenile Justice Board as it ruled&nbsp;that the accused&nbsp;would be tried as an adult.</p>

<p>The board later transferred the case to the district and sessions court.</p>

<p>A class II student Pradyuman Thakur was found with his throat slit inside washroom of Ryan International School in Gurugram.</p>

<p>In an earlier investigation, the <a href="http://www.wionews.com/india-news/no-leads-behind-ashok-kumars-arrest-for-pradyumans-murder-cbi-24408">bus conductor</a> was suspected of the murder and sexual misconduct, but later in CBI investigation, it was found that the murder was conducted by a <a href="http://www.wionews.com/india-news/class-xi-student-murdered-pradyuman-wanted-exams-postponed-cbi-23720">class XI student</a> who committed the crime in order to postpone parent-teacher meeting and exams.</p>
