Zendaya and Robert Pattinson in talks for a romantic film together, The Drama

It will be a casting coup if this materialises as director Kristoffer Borgli is planning to bring Zendaya and Robert Pattinson together for a film. Borgli is fresh off a recent film Dream Scenario and wants to bring the biggest names of the film industry right now to star in his next.
A24 will bankroll the feature and produce it.
Borgli’s next is called The Drama and right now the film is in the early stages of negotiations.
Borgli will direct from a script he has written for The Drama. The film has also got Ari Aster, Lars Knudsen and Tyler Campellone as producers under their Square Peg banner.
As for the feature, not much is known as project details are being kept under wraps for now. However, rumours suggest that it’s about a romance that takes an unexpected turn before a couple’s big day.

The Drama has been in the pipeline for some time but it gained momentum at the studio after Zendaya showed interest at the feature. Then Robert followed.
What next for Zendaya and Robert?
Meanwhile, Zendaya has had a big year at the films with Dune: Part Two. The second part of the fantasy drama has grossed more than $700 million at the worldwide box office. She then had another release with tennis drama Challengers at Amazon MGM Studios. She also has another season with the HBO series Euphoria which will start filming in 2025.
As for Robert Pattinson, the Batman star will next be seen in Bong Joon Ho’s Mickey 17 and is about to begin production on Lynne Ramsay’s Die, My Love.
