Paramount Skydance has sued Warner Bros Discovery in a Delaware court, demanding full disclosure of the financial analysis behind its support for Netflix’s $82.7 billion merger offer. The David Ellison led group says its $108.7 billion all cash bid for Warner Bros is superior and plans to launch a proxy fight by nominating directors to the board, intensifying the battle for control of one of Hollywood’s biggest studios.
