VinFast to set up $2 bn manufacturing plant in Tamil Nadu
India has quickly become the preferred hub for EV manufacturing. Days after reports said that Tesla could set up a plant in the Indian state of Gujarat, Vietnamese electric-vehicle maker VinFast is all set to invest 2 billion dollars to set up a manufacturing plant in the state of Tamil Nadu.
