Kolkata police and fire dept inspect seven pandals across city

Kolkata Police and fire department officials have inspected Kali Puja pandals across the city, flagging multiple fire and public safety concerns. Accompanied by the state fire services minister, the team ordered one committee to lower its pandal structure and another to cancel a cultural programme over safety violations.
