Vietnam to bolster ties with India, sign six MoUs in various fields
PM Modi welcomed his Vietnamese counterpart Pham Minh Chinh. PM Pham Minh Chinh received a ceremonial welcome at Rashtrapati Bhavan. He is on a State visit to India from July 30 to August. India's offered a $300 million loan to strengthen Vietnam's Maritime security with both countries pledging to double their trade and Investments within 5 years.
