US SEC: yet to serve summons to Gautam Adani

The US Securities and exchange commission (sec) in its third status update to the New York court said, it is yet to serve summons to both Adani group chairman Gautam Adani and his nephew Sagar Adani. The us agency had filed criminal and civil charges against the tycoons and the Adani company nine months ago.
