India’s Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has strongly rejected claims that India is involved in the ongoing Iran war, dismissing allegations that U.S. forces used Indian ports to launch attacks on Iran. The clarification came after remarks made in a U.S. media interview suggested American military operations were relying on Indian naval facilities. The MEA’s fact-check unit called the claims “fake and false” and warned against spreading baseless information.
