US House approves bill to ban emergency oil sales to China

The US House of Representatives has passed a bill with a big majority banning oil release from the US strategic petroleum reserve. The bill was passed with 331 votes in favor and only 97 against in the Republican-controlled house. All of the no votes reportedly came from Democrats.
